Meet the instructor
Beth Offenbacker, PhD, CPCC
Dr. Beth Offenbacker is an Executive/Leadership Coach and Consultant who
specializes in elevating results and impact for individual talent and
organizations with a "green" or sustainability focus. A talent
management professional, Beth designs and leads a variety of customized
professional development programs for her clients. She has 10+ years of
teaching experience at the university level, in addition to more than
20 years of consulting experience.
Her portfolio includes clients in the fields of land use (mixed use, entitlements), regional planning, parks, infrastructure, watersheds, sewers, stormwater, transit, transportation, clean energy, utilities, conservation, forestry, and placemaking through sustainable tourism and cultural tourism. A certified coach, Beth also is a Certified EQ Practitioner, a Certified EQ Assessor, a Certified EQ Insights for People Management Trainer with Six Seconds and part of its GrowU Faculty.
